We offer same-day content delivery for events, ensuring you can share a highlights video while the excitement and story is still fresh and relevant. We also provide content strategy to maximise all footage and still photography captured from the event - editing it into webinars, sizzle reels, testimonials and case studies with a fast turnaround.

How do you ensure the video captures our brand's voice?

Our team of videographers are experts in event video production and storytelling, but also offer branding as a service, meaning we are well equipped to digest and apply your brand throughout the video production.

How much does it cost to film an event?

The cost to film an event varies depending on the scale of your event and how fast you need the footage edited and ready to publish. Our video production services start from £5K to £15K. This fee includes our in-house content, strategy and production experts.

We understand that each of our client's requirements differ and therefore have an extended team of professional talent allowing us to scale up to meet larger budget and project needs. Production projects are also billed in phases allowing you to spread the costs. 

How much does it cost to record an event?

Simply recording an event will come at a smaller cost. However, as an event video production studio, we recommend that you work with an agency from the initial strategy through to the post production process to ensure your video has the impact intended. This includes our in-house content, strategy and production experts, meaning the pricing starts from £5K to £15K. We’ve calculated this is the figure that allows us to provide all of our clients with a consistently high standard of work with the best project success.

What is an event video?

An event video is open to interpretation, in its simplest terms, captures the best moments from the day(s). What equipment do you use?

We have a range of in-house equipment - lighting and audio equipment to cater to all client needs, as well as our favourite cameras for photography services. As we are an agile team, scaling up or down depending on your budget and needs, we also hire-in extra equipment when required for bigger productions.

How do you ensure the content is engaging?

To ensure your content is engaging - focus on the storytelling elements that are relatable and authentic to your target audience. This should then be tailored to the various platforms it can be shared via, as audiences engage with content differently depending on the channel. As a video production company, this part of the process is completed in pre-production. We spend time working closely with your business to craft a creative strategy to ensure your videos can be the most engaging. However, we do this without losing the magic that comes with telling a narrative.
